We offer pickup services from doorsteps across all U.S. states and deliver directly to the recipient's doorstep in the destination city. We also assist with basic customs clearance, and shipments typically arrive in major European cities within approximately five business days.

Special Size and Weight Handling Fee

* The maximum transport size limit must keep the Length + Width x 2 + Height x 2 less than 130 inches, and the longest side must be less than 108 inches.

* Additionally, please avoid the following sizes and weights, as they will incur extra handling fees and oversized charges. Please refer to the actual quote for specifics:

  1. Weight greater than or equal to 70 pounds
  2. Longest side greater than or equal to 48 inches
  3. Second longest side greater than or equal to 30 inches
  4. Special sizes and non-square or non-rectangular boxes (e.g., suitcases, handbags, wooden boards, or other irregular shapes)
  5. Single item value for customs declaration exceeds $2500
  6. Delivery address classified as a remote area; Remote area postal codes can be referenced in the International Air Freight Remote Area List -->
  7. Length + Width x 2 + Height x 2 greater than or equal to 105 inches will incur an additional $40 USD per box (effective January 2024)

Using Suitcases (Do not lock)

  • The suitcase dimensions should be measured from the bottom of the wheels, including any protruding parts. Please refer to the suitcase size diagram below.
  • When using a suitcase for transport, damages such as wear and tear, accessory loss, or damage to handles, zippers, or wheels are not covered under insurance, so please be careful.
  • Suitcases of the same size will incur additional handling fees compared to the same-sized boxes.

Notes for Filling Out the Form

  1. The air freight form must be completed in English, along with both English and Chinese names. The value of the goods is calculated based on the quantity and unit price of each item. If you are shipping new items, we strongly recommend filling in the information truthfully. We will purchase insurance from the courier company based on the actual value and declare it accordingly.
  2. Before packing, please check the customs websites of the respective countries to ensure that the items you intend to ship are legally allowed for import. Our company is only a forwarding service and is not responsible for any legal liabilities or additional costs incurred due to customs regulations. The customer must take full responsibility.
  3. When requesting a quote, please ensure that the quotation form is filled out clearly and correctly. Our company will generate documents based on the information provided by the customer. If any delays or additional costs arise due to incorrect or misleading information, the customer will bear the responsibility unconditionally. Our company will charge an additional $50 per box for any data amendments, along with other incurred fees.
  4. Airline pricing method: All dimensions are scanned by optical instruments to measure the longest, widest, and tallest parts of the box. Measurements are rounded up to the nearest whole number. The volumetric weight is compared with the actual weight, and the higher weight is used for calculation.
Payment and Pickup Appointment

Payment

  • After receiving the quote, if you decide to proceed with the shipment, please reply via email and promptly make the payment:
    1. Shipping Fee (via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal)

    2. Deposit (Payable via credit card/PayPal)

      Refund Schedule for Deposit: After the recipient receives the package at the destination, usually within one month, once we receive the airline's bill and confirm it, we will refund it to the original credit card. The customer's original credit card must remain active for two months, or a 6% handling fee will apply.

Schedule Pickup

  • After paying the shipping fee and deposit, please send us the receipt and inform us of your preferred pickup time:
    1. Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 7 PM in a 5-hour window (Only time slots can be scheduled, not specific times; the agent will try to schedule the shortest possible time slot)
    2. No pickup service on weekends and public holidays
    3. If you cannot accommodate the pickup time, you can take the labeled package to a nearby drop-off point after receiving the label

Urgent Shipments (Same-day or Next-day Pickup):

* We will only proceed with scheduling after the customer’s payment is received and confirmed by the bank.

* If the customer requires same-day or next-day shipping, they must pay the shipping fee via credit card (with a 7% handling fee) or provide a credit card deposit equivalent to the shipping fee.

Pickup Preparation:

  1. Before pickup, please take photos of the contents and the outer box of each item as proof.
  2. After receiving the shipping label, please write the tracking number on one corner of the box with a marker.
  3. On each box, please write the recipient's name, address, and phone number in English.

Refund Policy

  1. If you cancel within 24 hours after payment and before we schedule the pickup, a $40 USD handling fee will be charged.
  2. If you cancel after 24 hours but before the pickup appointment (1 day before), a $50 USD handling fee will be charged.
  3. For other cancellations, the shipping fee can be converted into a store credit valid for six months. No refunds will be issued.
  4. If the number of boxes decreases after payment, a $40 USD handling fee will be charged per box. The balance will be converted into a store credit valid for six months.

Shipping Timeline

  1. Air freight to Europe takes approximately 4-6 business days (excluding customs clearance time).
  2. We will provide a tracking number, which you can use to check the shipping status. (We do not guarantee shipping times; if the shipment is urgent, please carry the items back yourself. We do not assume any responsibility for delays or related costs.)

* Please sign and stamp the documents, and send or fax them to the local courier company’s customer service.


Important Notes

  1. If you are shipping personal luggage, please ensure that you complete the "Personal Effects Form" at the airport customs within a week of arrival in the European destination country (please search for the customs declaration regulations for the destination country)
  2. Storage fees may apply for all imported goods from the 4th business day after the goods arrive at the port. Please ensure prompt submission of customs clearance documents to avoid additional costs. (This fee is not charged by us but will be collected by the local airport storage company)
  3. We will entrust a third-party high-quality shipping company to handle the air freight, offering customers better rates than the direct shipping companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EVA, China Air, AAE, etc.). However, each country's customs clearance standards vary. We cannot intervene in agreements between the shipping company and customs. If the shipping company requests additional documents during customs clearance, please provide them to the local agent. We do not handle issues or fees related to customs beyond the United States, and customers will bear all related costs (such as customs duties, fines, or rerouting fees).
